Obviously, they do not comprehend a clear and concise description of the problems; ie... hackers/modder's are ruining the game and costing me money!

I didn't see any adjustments, nor did I see any log entries of an adjustment. That being said, I don't know how their support system works. Maybe the agent sends a request and it's handled some time later.

Whether an idle threat due to my report or if they actually plan to make an adjustment, I believe my response is appropriate to the response they provided.

No, it is just a stupid word matching autoreply. Hacker + money = tell him we took his money he got from hackers.

You'll never get a human response....
